Learning to hack is quite a demanding process because you can’t learn it just like that. This is not a course, after completing which we acquire the necessary skill to move in a given environment. It is something more, because knowledge, plus hours of practice are not possible to put in the time frame that limits the courses. In addition, this field is not as obvious as it might seem.

How can you learn to hack

Many people think that if they know computer science very well, they can become a hacker. Nothing could be more wrong, IT teaches us many necessary things that will be useful in hacking, including logical thinking, basic commands in commonly used in operating systems and programming languages. In contrast, IT is not a substitute for hacking. These two concepts create a symbiosis where one cannot exist without the other. However, one statement can be considered absolutely certain that without IT you can not talk about hacking.

Therefore, we already know that the concept of hacker is related to the field of computer science, without it there is simply no reason to exist. However, it is worth familiarizing yourself with this concept and try to determine more accurately with the angle it originates. Briefly, a hacker is a person with extensive knowledge in the field of computer science, mathematics. Has practical knowledge, but can also use it in practice.

Where to start hacking

First of all, you must have IT knowledge, but unfortunately selective learning will take revenge in later stages. As I have already mentioned, you cannot jump over certain IT departments and focus only on hacking, e.g. you can’t hack a website without knowing MySQL, all you can do without knowing is filtering the website with some LOIC program.

It’s a long process, but at the very beginning you can start with the following issues:

– Linux – its learning, i.e. service, administration and other,

– Python – high level general purpose programming language,

– C ++ – a general-purpose programming language. It enables data abstraction and the use of several programming paradigms: procedural, object-oriented and generic. Good at the beginning teaches logical thinking.

– Social Engeenering – it’s worth starting to be interested in this topic at the very beginning,

– Cryptography – AES, MD5

Is a hacker a profession

A hacker is not a profession, so theoretically it does not give us the opportunity to earn money, it has a more interest, hobby, artistic dimension, not earning prospects. Therefore, it is not a premise that affects becoming one. Being a Hacker, however, gives us many prospects of finding a conventional job to earn money. This is due to the fact that you have specialist knowledge in the area.

The hacker is constantly raising the bar, this is due to the specifics of the area of activity. If you feel that you are not ready for it, keep looking at what hacking is all about. It’s not an easy process and you certainly won’t become one, yes.
